Identity & Compliance
Structured identity verification and compliance processes govern access to Gateway.
ATG Ecosystem
ATG brings together structured access, compliance and legal-relationship infrastructure, curated digital markets, and separately authorised economic participation — coordinated as one ecosystem, with clearly separated functions.
Platform
ATG operates as a single institution across three distinct, independently governed functions: ATG Gateway, the structured access and compliance layer; ATG Digital Markets, a curated self-custodial digital-asset venue; and ATG Economic Participation, a separate, independently authorised participation architecture. Each function keeps its own identity model, its own record of truth, and its own governance — coordinated under one ecosystem, never merged into a single undifferentiated product.
ATG Gateway
Gateway is where a relationship with ATG begins. It coordinates identity verification, compliance, legal-relationship formation, settlement and reconciliation evidence, allocation, coordination with permitted external economic activity, performance and reporting, and controlled distribution governance — the structured, documentary layer institutional relationships are built on.
Enter GatewayATG Digital Markets
ATG Digital Markets is a separate market layer built around curated, self-custodial digital-asset markets. Holdings remain in a user's own wallet at all times, and on-chain market activity — pricing, liquidity and trading history — is transparently observable. Digital Markets operates independently of Gateway and Economic Participation, with no automatic claim on either.
Explore Digital MarketsATG Economic Participation
ATG Economic Participation is an independent participation architecture through which separately authorised economic value may be recorded, tracked and, where authorised, distributed. Participation records are transparent and auditable. Access to Gateway or holding a Digital Markets token does not itself confer any Economic Participation right — participation is governed entirely on its own terms.
Explore ParticipationArchitecture
Access, markets and accounting move through ATG as coordinated but independent layers: Gateway governs structured access and external economic activity; Digital Markets operates its own transparent on-chain venue; and accounting for separately authorised participation is tracked on its own terms. Coordination never means merger — each function keeps its own boundary, its own record, and its own governance.

Independently governedInfrastructure
Structured identity verification and compliance processes govern access to Gateway.
Each department's legal relationship with its users is documented on its own terms, scoped to what that department actually does.
Digital Markets holdings remain in a user's own wallet — ATG never takes custody of self-custodial market positions.
Separately authorised economic participation is recorded transparently, distinct from Gateway's and Digital Markets' own records.
On-chain activity and settlement evidence are independently observable, not asserted without a record.
Distribution, settlement and administrative actions are governed by controlled, permissioned processes — never exposed as public functionality.
About
ATG, the Asset Trade Group ecosystem, is an institutional operator building coordinated financial infrastructure across structured access, digital markets and separately authorised economic participation. Each function is designed, governed and operated independently, under its own controls, and brought together as one ecosystem rather than one undifferentiated product. ATG Trading Group is the legal entity operating the ATG ecosystem.
